Unlike some companies that may spend hours in your home doing their survey and pushing the hard sell, we will just send your pack and the rest is up to you. If you need any help we are just a phone call away but we believe that the information we supply with the pack is so easy to follow that the only question you will have is "when can you fit our stairlift?"

You are under no obligation with this pack, but when you receive it, see what we are offering and compare our prices to other stairlift companies you will see how much you will save and understand why this is such a great offer!

Once you get your pack and do the survey, you send back the survey sheet along with the payment in the pre paid envelope. As soon as we receive your sheet we will call you to confirm all the detail given and sign it off. When everything is confirmed and you are happy, we will order your stairlift and it will be installed in less then 5 working days. We also send the survey sheet directly back to you for your records.

As not all staircases are the same we have added some pictures to give you an idea of what type of staircase may need two stairlifts and in some cases may not be suitable at all for a straight stairlift. If you take a moment to look at the pictures before you buy this item it may help you.

May need two stairlifts:

(90 degree turn) (180 degree turn)

It is completely up to who ever the stairlift is for as to whether you would require two stairlifts. We suggest you have a good think about it and if you feel that you can cope with one set of stairs but need it for the other then just get the one stairlift. Work out which flight of stairs effects you the most and do the self survey for them. If your staircase is not pictured here and is also not a straight staircase, you can phone us and discuss if there maybe any difficulties with getting a straight stairlift for them.

Would not be suitable for a straight stairlift:

(Fanned staircase)

If your staircase has a "fanned" section as in the diagram above, a straight stairlift would not be suitable so please do not purchase our self survey pack as it is not designed for your staircase. You would still be able to get a stairlift but it will require a curved rail which takes a more technical survey then what our pack can offer. We would be able to give you an estimate over the phone for a Stannah 260 with a curved rail but because every rail is made for that specific job, the price does increase accordingly.
